A bespoke drinks menu created especially for you.

A Temporary Event Notice to allow the sale of alcohol at your event (extra charge if you would like us to organise)

Experienced, licensed staff to run the bar.

Biodegradable disposable glassware, paper straws and napkins.

The use of our blackboards, bunting and fairy lights to personalise your event bar but please feel free to add more decorations to us if you wish.

You then have two options for your event bar as follows:

Cash Bar

This package works just like a regular bar – guests pop up to our fully stocked bar and simply purchase their drink. A minimum spend commitment may apply.

Open Bar

This is simply a ‘tab bar’, therefore guests will not be charged for drinks and a running tab will be kept throughout your event. A deposit will be required for this package, but the final tab will be settled at the end of the event. You may wish to have a set amount of money behind the bar and then once this has been reached we will turn into a cash bar. A minimum spend commitment may apply.

We accept cash, Visa credit and debit cards and have a contactless card machine (dependent on signal!).

* Booking fee £250 and no minimum spend

Hire Fee: From £100 (dependent on location a travel fee may apply).

Drinks Package: From £15 per person. (min 50 persons)

Holding an charity or fundraising event and you would like to have our amazing Classic Bar Box there, contact us, as we may be able to supply the cash bar free of charge (obviously selling drinks to your guests!)

We can provide Prosecco at various events whether that be a wedding, party, christening, music festival, food & drink festival or sporting event we are on hand to provide guests with chilled Prosecco.

We are fully insured and hold our own alcohol licence.
